General provisions

  1. This document is a public offer by the administration of the Reality game server (hereinafter, the Seller) and sets out the terms of the contract for the sale of in-game goods.
  2. Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  3. The Seller may amend these terms. Amendments take effect once published on this page.
2

Subject of the contract

  1. The Seller provides the Buyer with clothing items, privileges (VIP statuses) and consumable medical supplies on the Reality game server in DayZ.
  2. The goods are not physical objects, exist solely within the Seller's game server and have no value outside it.
  3. The contents of every product are stated on its catalog page and list the exact in-game items included.
  4. The Seller is not affiliated with Bohemia Interactive and does not sell the game DayZ itself or any rights to it.
3

Price and payment

  1. Prices are stated in Russian roubles on the catalog pages.
  2. Payment is made through a payment provider. Payment details are entered on the provider's side and are not passed to the Seller.
  3. The Buyer may add funds to an internal site balance and pay for orders from it. The balance is not electronic money, accrues no interest and is used solely to pay for the Seller's goods.
  4. Funds on the internal balance are not returned to a bank card or any other external account.
  5. The Buyer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the payment provider confirms the payment.
4

Delivery of goods

  1. Goods are delivered automatically to the Steam account the order was placed with.
  2. Delivery happens while the Buyer is on the game server. If the Buyer is offline, the order waits for their next login and does not expire.
  3. If automatic delivery fails, an administrator delivers the order manually within three days of the Buyer appearing on the game server.
  4. As long as a delivered item has not been used by the Buyer, it may be passed to another player through the account area.
  5. Goods are considered delivered once the in-game items appear on the Buyer's character.
5

Returns

  1. Before the goods are delivered the Buyer may cancel the order by contacting the Seller. Funds are returned to the internal balance.
  2. The Buyer may pass an undelivered order to another player through the account area. After the transfer the order is fulfilled for the player named.
  3. Once the goods are delivered no refund is issued, since the goods are digital and have been supplied in full.
  4. Loss of items during play — character death, other players' actions, a server wipe — is not grounds for a refund or a second delivery.
  5. Banning the Buyer for breaking the game server rules does not entitle them to a refund for previously purchased goods.
6

Liability

  1. The Seller is not liable for failure to deliver for reasons attributable to the Buyer, including naming someone else's game account.
  2. The Seller may suspend the server for maintenance.
  3. Neither party is liable in circumstances of force majeure.
7

Dispute resolution

  1. All disputes are settled by negotiation. Enquiries are sent to the Seller using the contacts given on this page.
  2. Enquiries are considered within 10 working days of receipt.
  3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
