Rules

What you are buying
- What you buy is an in-game item or service on the Reality server, not a physical product.
- Every listing states its contents — the in-game item classes that will be delivered.
- The items exist only within the server and have no value outside it.

Payment
- Payment goes through a payment provider. Card details are entered on their side and never reach the store.
- An order counts as paid only once the payment provider confirms it.
- If money left your account but the order still shows as unpaid, message an administrator — the payment can be traced by the order number.

Delivery
- Delivery is automatic and tied to the Steam account the order was placed with.
- Items appear while you are on the server. If you are offline, the order waits for your next login.
- A paid order never expires and stays in your account until it is delivered.

Refunds
- Before delivery a refund is possible — contact the administration.
- Once the items have been delivered, no refund is issued.
- Losing items in game (character death, a wipe, other players' actions) is not grounds for a refund.

Bans
- If you are banned for breaking the server rules, money for previously purchased items is not returned.
- Attempting to reverse a payment after receiving the goods leads to an account ban.
